Indian Navy Sailor Exam Pattern
  • Written Exam.
  • Physical Fitness test.
  • Medical test.

The Exam Pattern for Written Test is as follows:
  • The question paper will contain (Hindi & English language and all question will be objective type.
  • The question paper will be divided into four sections like  English, Science, Mathematics, and General Knowledge.
  • The question paper will based on the 10+2 standard.
  • The Duration of the exam will be one hour (60 Minute).
  • The candidates are necessary to pass in all sections and aggregate.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT): 
  • Candidates should complete 1.6 Km run to be in 7minutes.
  • Appliers will complete 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups.
  • Aspirants undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk.

Medical Standards:
The Minimum height of the candidates is 157 CMS. The Weight and Chest should be proportionate. The Minimum Chest expansion of candidates is 5 CMS.
